By booking any service with Ride & Guide (operated by XCL GROUP PTY LTD, ABN 74 662 809 350), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service: full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours: 50% refund. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: no refund. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
All tours and transfers are provided by licensed Australian operators with comprehensive insurance. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Vehicle type shown is indicative; actual vehicle may vary based on availability.
Ride & Guide acts as a booking agent and operator. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, passenger misconduct, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, and other travellers. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe, abusive, or intoxicated behaviour without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
